  • You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Data and content

You retain ownership of all data entered into WpAccPac. We do not claim ownership of your working papers, schedules, uploaded files, or client information.

WpAccPac stores structured working papers data and may also store uploaded documents and evidence files, such as PDFs and images, together with references (links) to externally stored documents.

You are responsible for the content you upload or link to, and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to store and process that content using the service.

5. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

We may update or improve features over time. Where possible, changes will be made in a way that avoids disrupting existing work.

6. Beta and early access

During beta or early access periods, features may change and limits may be adjusted. Feedback from early users helps shape the product.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta phases.

7. Fees and billing

Where paid plans apply, pricing and limits will be clearly described before you are charged.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We do not store payment card details directly.

Upon account closure, data will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
